Not every part of the market moved at the same pace

Laguna Beach (92651) had a median of 69 days on market, according to the Real Estate Data Aggregator. Newport Coast (92657) sat at 64 days. Corona Del Mar (92625) was 65 days. These are slower-moving markets with higher price points. Not every home sold fast, and that is worth knowing before you price.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency reported that U.S. house prices rose 2.6% from July 2025 to July 2026. South Orange County's stronger ZIP codes outpaced that national figure by a wide margin.
